About Me

Hello and welcome to Journey On Coaching ………… My name is Lisa and I will be riding shot gun with you.

This is all about the Art of You.

There are 3 questions you need to keep in mind throughout your journey:

1) Where do you want to go?

2) How do you want to get there?

3) What do you hope to walk away with at the end of your journey?

Why did I choose to become a life coach?

I have been creating and defining my own life over and over and the roads that this life journey has taken me down I wouldn’t have wanted to miss for anything. I have been an entrepreneur, a mom, an artist, a student for starters. For me, these roles, these journeys of self-expression, have allowed me to craft and hone and design a life I am proud of and I want to help you feel the same way; to help you find your inner artist and freely, wholeheartedly express all that you are.

Coaching is all of the things about life I love so much:

*Putting puzzle pieces together

*Using the pictorial landscape of  life as a building block

*Discovering and uncovering empowerment through self- expression

*Taking roads less traveled that become a unique experience and memory

Through my Art of You platform, I will help you take the blank canvas of your hopes and dreams, those uncharted roads of your life journey and guide you toward creating not only the life you want to live but the person you want designing that life. Together we accomplish this by celebrating the realization that it is wonderful to create ourselves over and over through not only what we already know but also through new discoveries and re-designs.

“To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly.” Henri Bergson
